Sarah Moores

Sarah has spent over 15 years in general corporate finance in the small and medium enterprise sector. Ten of those were spent working with companies in Dublin with Corporate Finance Ireland (now part of Duff & Phelps), and more recently in the UK working as an adviser to private equity firms and their portfolio companies with Liberty Corporate Finance, and to SMEs with Price Bailey.

She has worked on deals from under £10m to over £50m, and in sectors as diverse as financial compliance, veterinary services, restaurants, online services, media and manufacturing, and with a range of different private equity firms, including MML Capital, ECI Partners, Livingbridge, August Equity and Sovereign Capital.
