Pitt co-founded BPCA in 2007, and focuses on business development and deal marketing and execution for Northwest-based private companies in industrial and services sectors.

Prior to joining Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory, Pitt spent three years as a Senior Director with Exvere, a Seattle-based private investment bank, where his responsibilities included business development and deal execution, from the marketing process through to the closing of a transaction.

Prior to Exvere, Pitt spent 8 years in operating roles with ShareBuilder Securities and United Online, holding positions in Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing. At ShareBuilder, Pitt helped launch and grow the ShareBuilder 401(k) business line, managed the integration with ING DIRECT, and later ran the IRA business for ING DIRECT. At United Online, Pitt ran customer acquisition marketing for the Classmates business line.

Pitt previously worked as an investment banker with Montgomery Securities in San Francisco and Delafield Hambrecht in Seattle.

Pitt received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Pitt holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 79 licenses.

Pitt lives in West Seattle and enjoys ice hockey, playing the banjo and hiking with his wife and three children.
