I am a business owner who has spent much of my career working with national and global organizations. Seven years ago, I shifted focus to mergers and acquisitions, an area that I am passionate about. I quickly realized that the M&A firms in my surrounding area only focused on larger transactions of $20M and above, and the lower-middle market was being under-served, and ultimately, it’s what brought me to Portage.

Portage M&A Advisory consists of an adventurous group of professionals who are passionate about getting people to where they want to go. Our specialty is guiding business owners through the divestiture process, particularly private companies in the lower-middle market with an enterprise value of $4M to $40M. We work with business owners throughout Ontario and focus on multiple industries including manufacturing, construction, and professional service businesses. Our goal is to achieve a win-win outcome with every transaction.
