Dave founded Keystone Business Advisors in 2005 to provide full-service M&A advisory services to the underserved segment of the market which are companies with annual revenues between $5M and $50M. Dave and his team have completed over 250 transactions in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, logistics, healthcare, construction, e-commerce, technology, and business services.

Dave also provides M&A advisory services such as business valuation and presale planning. Prior to becoming an M&A Advisor, Dave had a successful 10-year career in operations and project management at a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer.
