Steve brings 20 years’ experience advising business owners on mergers, acquisitions, valuation and helping lower middle market firms maximize value.

Steve is President of Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Hartford Connecticut Chapter and an active member of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Connecticut Chapter.

Steve holds a designation as a Mergers and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&A MI), the professional standard in lower middle market transactions. Steve holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
