Rodney Ott

Rodney came to Cornerstone in 2008 with a desire to work with small businesses and small business owners.
Before joining Cornerstone, Rod worked with Plexus Corp., a Neenah-based electronics manufacturer with sales of $1.8 billion. As Senior Analyst for global market development, he was responsible for departmental budgets and forecasts in excess of $9 million. Prior, he was Administrative Manager for Hartley Controls Corporation, a leading manufacturer of custom engineered process control equipment and a division of Neenah Foundry Company.

Entrepreneur by Birth…

Rod grew up in a family construction business and comes from an extended family of entrepreneurs. He understands the challenges and commitments that come with business ownership, and the importance to the client of the best possible business transaction result.
He holds a finance degree from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Rod lives in the Fox Valley with his wife and two children.
