Kevin St. Cyr

Kevin St. Cyr, MBA, M&A MI, is Senior Vice President for Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors, an investment banking and corporate advisory firm located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining MMCA, Kevin founded SCF LLC Consultants, a strategic and operational advisory firm serving clients in the Network Connectivity, Data Center, Smart Building, and Internet of Things (IoT) markets.

Kevin previously served as SVP Enterprise Connectivity at CommScope, a global leader in wired and wireless communications solutions. Upon joining CommScope in 2012, which was privately held by The Carlyle Group, he assisted in its successful IPO at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York. Kevin joined CommScope from Berk-Tek, a Nexans Company, where he served as its President. In both GM roles, he assisted in closing several strategic acquisitions ranging in size from $10 million to $3 billion. Notables at CommScope include the acquisition of the BNS Division (AMP, ADC) from TE Connectivity and iTRACS, a software-based Data Center Infrastructure Management tool. At Nexans he assisted in the acquisition of Amercable, a leader in cabling systems for the Oil & Gas industry.

Kevin began his career at General Electric in the Plastics Business Group where he advanced in technical, sales, marketing, and managerial roles. He earned a BS in Plastics Engineering from the University of Lowell (UMASS-Lowell) and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University (Smeal College of Business).

Kevin has volunteered in various nonprofit, mission-driven organizations throughout his career. He is presently a certified mentor at SCORE Lancaster Lebanon. He has supported United Way through VITA Lancaster as a tax preparer and in annual fundraising campaigns. At Alvernia University, Kevin completed 16 years of trusteeship including service as board chair. He served on the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce board of directors from 2010-12. Kevin was also the founding chairperson of the Communications Cable & Connectivity Association.
