Cindy Gomerdinger

Cindy Gomerdinger is the owner of Business Acquisitions Ltd as well as Gomerdinger & Associates, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in services for mid-size businesses and the business owner. Cindy has been a CPA for over 30 years. During this time her firm’s services have been focused on the success of their business clients, by providing long range strategic consulting and planning. This approach has included succession planning, preparing for 3rd party sales, internal transition planning, due diligence and tax planning. Expanding into business brokerage services through Business Acquisitions Ltd was a natural extension of these services.
