Touchstone Advisors a lower middle market M&A firm and founding member of the Cornerstone International Alliance.  Touchstone provides sell-side advisory services to privately held and family businesses that range from $5 million to $50 million in revenue.  In addition to representing sellers, Touchstone also provides buy-side advisory services for companies looking to expand through acquisition both domestically and internationally.

When representing clients to sell, Touchstone employs an investment banking merger and acquisition model to lower middle market companies in which they place acquirers in competition with one another to maximize value.  Touchstone works primarily with manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, technology and business-to-business services companies.
