Tim Gregory

Tim has served as a professional intermediary in business sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions of privately-held businesses since 2004. Working with both buyers and sellers during this period, he has facilitated and brokered the successful sale of numerous businesses for clients from a variety of industries. His focus is on providing the highest level of advisory service to clients, with special expertise in business valuations and achievement of seller exit goals. He brings a strong blend of quantitative, analytical, negotiation, leadership, communication, management, and attention to detail skills to each project.

Tim has bought, owned and sold multiple businesses through the years, including a manufacturer and distributor of products in the graphic arts industry, a nutritional supplement company and a medical related service business. Tim is a licensed broker with the Missouri Real Estate Commission, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP), a joint program of the M&A Source and the Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia.
