Paul has a wealth of experience in the petroleum industry, including a 33-year career at U.S. Oil, an Appleton-based fuel supplier and division of U.S. Venture, Inc.

His diverse background includes management of the 20+ Express retail convenience store chain, Director of Contracted Fuel Supply, and Director of Petroleum Acquisitions. He also was the divisional controller for many years and was on the senior management team of U.S. Venture, Inc. He has built an unmatched network of contacts and resources within the industry.

As a mergers and acquisitions advisor in the Cornerstone Business Services petroleum division, Paul works with fuel marketers, jobbers, and c-store chains, helping them sell their businesses or grow through strategic acquisitions.

Paul’s deep industry background equips him with a strong skill set in petroleum industry valuations and business development along with a keen ability to make the kind of connections that create exponential growth.

Paul is also on the Board of Directors of Fox Communities Credit union, a member-owned financial institution. Fox Communities Credit Union exceeds $1.5 billion in assets and is very active in commercial lending.
