Chuck Woolley

In addition to over 15 years as a Business Intermediary, Chuck has over 30 years of general management experience with fortune 500 companies Kraft Foods and Sara Lee. He has served in senior executive level positions for two world-wide consumer products companies. He has served as Board Member, President, and Chief Executive Officer of various companies. Chuck is an active member of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, an active board member of Regent Bank in Tulsa, OK, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) with M&A Source. He is also a licensed Broker with the Missouri and Arkansas Real Estate Commission.
