Andrew Sheils

Andrew joined Exit Advisors in 2018 and focuses on valuation, transactional due diligence, and business development.

He has 7+ years of banking experience and served as an AVP at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, specializing in debt, derivative, and commodity markets.

Prior to Exit Advisors, Andrew interned with a Houston-based venture capital group where he worked closely with entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Andrew received his B.S. in Financial Management with a Minor in Accounting from Clemson University. He also has an M.B.A. from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
